Warranty Overview
At Nightfall Optics, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to providing exceptional support for our customers. Our warranty policies are designed to give you peace of mind and ensure that your night vision devices perform at their best.
Warranty Coverage
- Life-Time Service Warranty: Covers the device of the original purchaser. We will clean, purge and collimate your device free of charge just cover the shipping.
- 1- or 2-Year ITT Warranty: Covers manufacture defects on L3 Harris for 2 years, Elbit and NVT intensifiers for 1 year from the date of manufacturing on the spec sheet to the original purchaser. This does not cover mis use of your device.
- Life-Time Housing Warranty: On all Low Light Innovations and Nocturn Industries products (Warranty is handled by the manufacture).
Warranty Policy
It is at the sole discretion of Nightfall Optics LLC to determine whether a device is defective due to manufacturing issues or as a result of misuse or negligence by the end user. In the event of a warranty issue, Nightfall Optics will either repair or replace the device. Please note that no refunds will be given.
Not Covered
Most damage to devices is caused by misuse, including but not limited to exposure to high light, lasers, or overexposure to a light source. For questions about caring for your device, please reach out to us.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear or damage from use
- Damage from drops or impacts
- Devices that have been opened and altered by anyone other than Nightfall Optics
- Negligence or improper use
- Second-hand/used items and devices (including Night Vision, Lasers, Mounts, etc.)
